TG 7.1: Anonymous admin option is now enabled from server side.

Group admins can remain anonymous when sending message in groups. It's backward compatible as well.

Further to sending anonymous message:

Common groups won't display the group if the person is "Anonymous Admin" in the group.

Members/Admin list won't display anonymous admins.

Owner/Admins can see each other in members list. (Not in common groups though)

Ban on Iran users has been lifted, they can join and send messages without any restrictions in public groups now. 😊

😡 Indian Telecom Operator Jio has blocked connections to Telegram app. There had been multiple reports about it from users.

Users using Jio for mobile data are unable to connect to Telegram Android app. (Telegram X is able to connect as of now)

This blocking is not effective in all regions as of now.
