TG 7.1: Anonymous admin option is now enabled from server side.
Group admins can remain anonymous when sending message in groups. It's backward compatible as well.

Further to sending anonymous message:
Common groups won't display the group if the person is "Anonymous Admin" in the group.
Members/Admin list won't display anonymous admins.
Owner/Admins can see each other in members list. (Not in common groups though)
