Everything in the entire universe is #energy, even the #universe itself.
Energy cannot be made nor destroyed. It is ever present, borrowed, used, and released back into the infinite pool to its origin point. Transmuting and transforming from one form to the next and allowing universal experience to unfold the energy to express itself through creation and the force that drives it on.
So what is this energy and the force behind it?

Are you interested in learning how to teach yourselves out of anxiety, depression, and a whole host of conditions of mindset?
I will be running my first Mindset Workshop at 9pm on Thursday the 1st of September 🙏🏼
I myself went through severe anxiety and depression for many years of my life and no matter what anyone told me, I had to change internally.
Letting it all out was the first stage of the process no doubt, however the constant reiteration of a conditioned mindset kept me down in the dumps..
I managed to teach myself out of anxiety and depression and now do so with many many people to a point whereby in the last 3 months, 6 people I have taught to teach themselves, have come off of antidepressants... 😁🙏🏽❤️
I personally understand on a deep level just how hard it is when you feel as if you're stuck in these places, so I want to help as many people as I can get back to their powerful selves..
I will be running a workshop every other week on zoom for free for the benefit of those struggling and suffering with detrimental mindset conditioning.
I truly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to teach themselves out of these unfortunate positions.

Everything in the universe is moving. Every star, planet, solar system, and galaxy are moving with the vibration of the one consciousness which is expressing itself through life and existence.
It is the same here on Earth. We live on a planet in constant movement. Seconds become minutes, minutes turn to hours, hours to days, and days into weeks. Winter turns to Spring and Spring into Summer. Summer to Autumn before back to Winter. Small cycles to larger cycles. Years into decades, decades to centuries, and so on.
So what is the only thing that is constant and certain from the universe, even right down to the smallest of life forms? Change. Change is the only thing that is certain in our world and in our daily lives. The consciousness of the great absolute all never ceases in its movement and expression. It never rests and never stops.
So why are we as people so resistant to change?
Every animal on the planet rolls with change. Without knowing the day or the time the animal kingdom moves effortlessly from season to season perfectly in tune with its environment. Living and expressing itself to the fullest of its capabilities. Yet here we find ourselves as self aware beings, finding it so difficult to move with the times.
It is all about conditioning, belief, and that we can all hold onto things that we have become accustomed to. The things that are familiar to us even when we know deep down that it is time to let go and move forward. It's time to break those old patterns, release that which no longer serves us, and move forward in unison with the vibration of the universe. It's time to roll with it, move with the new vibrations that are calling to us.
To move is to grow and in this growth we will understand that change is the only thing that can allow you the freedom you seek. The freedom of the mind, body and spirit. Don't pull against the universe... it's like swimming upstream. Go with the flow, move with the times for the best possible experience of life. When we invite and welcome change we allow positivity into our lives and prosperous situations to come our way.
Change is the only certainty for all of us. So embrace it and transform your life and experiences. Blessings to all 🙏🏼

Liz is a mum of one, born and raised in London. She first got involved with The Community at the end of 2021 and began to participate in a few local growing projects as a result. In February 2022, she connected with Tommy when she applied to be her local area rep for The Community, and soon after, she offered her admin skills to help Roots to the Future and Building New Earth. She now helps out on the social media team, monitoring our Instagram profiles.
Liz felt called to be involved with both organisations as she sees the need for change in the way in which we currently educate our children. She feels strongly that the current school model is outdated and that a greater teaching of practical skills is needed for both children and adults, to ensure that vital skills are passed on. Having worked part time in a nursery school for 5 years, she could see from the inside, just how things needed to change.

Last week, you learned about our mission here at Roots to the Future, and our vision for a future of practical education for all generations.
You might be asking yourself, "well what are they actually doing about it?".

The journey is not linear, every persons journey is unique. There are bumps along the way but also moments worth celebrating.
The darkness and shadow will come at some point, embrace it. If you run, it will catch up with you & consume you. Bring your shadow side into the light and work with it.
Stay grounded, stay connected to the earth; at one with the trees and the ocean. Mother Nature helps to heal all.
Sometimes you may wander from your path and get lost in the forest. People and healers you meet along the way will help you find your way back to the clear path when you’re lost in the darkness…. But ultimately everything you need to heal is within you already.
You must feel to heal.
