The truth is every single person on this planet is a spiritual being. We are magnificent, eternal, and powerful entities that are experiencing the physical and human realm in order to work through karmic law. You may wonder why don't I know this? Why can't I feel my divinity and power? Well to put it simply you have forgotten. We have been suffering from the world being asleep, the longest sleep that can befall spirit. However now it's time to WAKE UP.

Everything in the entire universe is #energy, even the #universe itself.

Energy cannot be made nor destroyed. It is ever present, borrowed, used, and released back into the infinite pool to its origin point. Transmuting and transforming from one form to the next and allowing universal experience to unfold the energy to express itself through creation and the force that drives it on.

So what is this energy and the force behind it?

It has many names and none. I call it the Absolute All, some people call it God. It is the one true consciousness, the great thinking mind that allows us the chance to experience life, both spiritual and physical. Manifesting all that exists through its will in the great meditation that is existence itself. We are made in its image. Not as the human body, but as a mind that creates our own destiny through our thoughts and our will power that drives us forwards. We are conditioned to think small and be small. It’s time to break that conditioning and realize the true power of our own minds. We are a miniature of the great consciousness that allows us to experience eternal life as the spiritual being that we truly are. It's time to think big and believe in ourselves. With great sadness, we need to inform you that Awake on the Lake part 2 is unfortunately cancelled. This is due to unforseen circumstances completely out of our control.

We know that this news will be really disheartening to those who had booked tickets or were hoping to come and join us... we are so sorry for any disappointment that this news causes.

Are you interested in learning how to teach yourselves out of anxiety, depression, and a whole host of conditions of mindset?

I will be running my first Mindset Workshop at 9pm on Thursday the 1st of September 🙏🏼

I myself went through severe anxiety and depression for many years of my life and no matter what anyone told me, I had to change internally.

Letting it all out was the first stage of the process no doubt, however the constant reiteration of a conditioned mindset kept me down in the dumps..

I managed to teach myself out of anxiety and depression and now do so with many many people to a point whereby in the last 3 months, 6 people I have taught to teach themselves, have come off of antidepressants... 😁🙏🏽❤️

I personally understand on a deep level just how hard it is when you feel as if you're stuck in these places, so I want to help as many people as I can get back to their powerful selves..

I will be running a workshop every other week on zoom for free for the benefit of those struggling and suffering with detrimental mindset conditioning.

I truly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to teach themselves out of these unfortunate positions.

OUR MISSION 💚

Roots to the Future is a collective of dedicated souls, who are here because they are passionate about creating the change in the world that they wish to see.

We aim to offer inclusive learning experiences for all ages and abilities, which are an alternative to mainstream education. These experiences will support mental, physical and spiritual growth on a holistic and nurturing level. We wish to reconnect children and adults with the natural world and teach them hands on life skills, such as bushcraft and foraging, to mechanics and various healing modalities.

We aim to build our own education centres across the UK to support our mission and to provide a physical place for parents to send their children. The money to build these centres will be raised through holding events and retreats throughout the year. The purpose of these events will be not only to offer education, but to also reconnect individuals to Mother Earth and give them back the sense of community that time has forgotten.
