If you are or have been the parent of a young person, then you are more than likely in agreement that the current education system is broken ✖️

While a small number of children do manage to get through their learning years unscathed, there are a HUGE number of children who can not fit into the rigid box that is pushed upon them by the powers that be. This is obviously a huge detriment to their education and mental health.

Tired of fighting to receive the support that their child deserves, parents are increasingly opting to take matters into their own hands and home educate. If this is you, then we salute you 🙏🏼🫡

Of course, there are many parents who are not able to home educate due to work or family commitments, who are desperately seeking that alternative for their child who is struggling and being failed by the current system.

At Roots to the Future, we are actively creating this alternative through our daily hard work and sheer determination to provide the younger generations with what they deserve.

Open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, our tutors are fully DBS checked and first aid trained, so you can leave them with us and go off to work, knowing that your child is receiving a wide and varied education, focusing on practical life skills.

There are no boxes that children are required to reside in. Critical thinking is encouraged, and the strengths within each child are actively celebrated, no matter what they are.

Just look at David here who attends our Warwick Centre. In our carpentry session last week, he was able to build this planter from scrap wood in just a few hours and leave at the end of the day feeling so proud of himself, with skills learnt that will last him a lifetime!

Everyone falls onto their path of spirituality for different reasons, at different points in their life.

For a huge number of us, we turn to spirituality at a point in time when we are struggling in our day to day lives and are looking for answers as to why something may have happened to us. We may be trying to process trauma, dealing with poor mental health, or going through times of great change and turmoil. We may have unfortunately lost someone dear to us, which has in turn, led us to question why we are here and where we go after we pass away.

Whether you are new to spirituality or have been on the path for some time, one thing that's for sure is that there will always be ups and downs in our lives. As we delve deeper into ourselves, the work that must be done to bring our shadows to the surface and transmute them to the light will always continue.

We are so looking forward to connecting with some old and new souls this weekend. Our healers will be on hand to help them process any trauma stored in the body and release any emotional blockages that they may have. It's going to be a truly beautiful day for us all to come together in love and abundance.
