The seasons have a strong influence over our bodies and with the wisdom of #Ayurveda we can learn how to balance these influences whatever the weather.
Autumn is classed as #Vata season & represents the abstract quality of movement and it becomes powerful during Autumn season.
Vata is dry, it moves, it’s windy, it bursts in and when it does it is cold and it can leave you feeling worn out, fragile and susceptible to illness & imbalance. Your body is adjusting and changing just as the leaves on the trees are falling. It is perfectly normal to feel unbalanced at this changing of the seasons.
As Vata is light, cold, mobile and dry, it is best balanced by using the opposite qualities of grounding, warmth, routine and moisture. A combination of gentle diet and lifestyle adjustments can return Vata to balance and prevent seasonal allergies, colds & flu.

We all exist because of the mind. The great mind of the absolute all that has created everything that will ever exist. The one #consciousness that is in everything and is everything.
Every #universe in the multi verse and their galaxies, solar systems, planets, stars and all living beings are part of the great #meditation that allows the experience of life. We are droplets from the infinite sea of consciousness that is God and as such we are made in its image. As the one consciousness has the universe as its body, so we too have a body. As it expresses itself, moves, speaks with vibration, so we also express ourselves, by moving and speaking.
How does all this expression occur?
Through the power and will of the mind. We should never underestimate the power of our minds. We are constantly manipulating, moving and transforming energy in every simple task we complete, in every movement and every word that leaves our lips. We are have been conditioned to believe we are small so that we think small.
Think small and we will be small through the power of our own minds. Think big and we will become what ever it is that we desire through the power of our will.
We are creating our own realities through the mind, what we think about the most is what we shall get, and what we shall become. We have the power to change, to transform ourselves and our lives if we only believe that we can, using our minds we can change our lives and reality.

Learn how to use it in the way that God intended for us, become the creator, manifest something more for yourself, and your loved ones, break the programming and remember who and what you are, and what you are capable of. ✨️ Meet the team - Sanna ✨️
"I have always felt like an "outsider" in the old system and never fitted in. School for me was like pulling teeth and something about it just didn't match with my values and ideas. I thought it was nothing but wasted time (at least for me). So when I heard there was a possibility to be part of Roots to the Future, helping people to learn real life skills, I felt THIS IS IT! Something that is natural and organic doing. And having a highly skilled team around me, supporting with anything and everything. Nobody left alone to do this. I think that is a big one for me. The Community and to be part of it.
I am not a trained herbalist, however I have done my own studies about herbs and medicinal plants. I make my own medicine and haven't been using pharmaceuticals in years. In my range of knowledge I am able to identify certain plants, make tinctures, oils and extracts. My driving force is to empower the people to start their own medicine making journey and be self-sufficient. I also make my own natural soaps, reusable period pads, and essential oils, that are 100% organic. All the plants are self grown without any chemicals.
My hobbies and passions include gardening. I love the shamanic way of life and I enjoy building rituals in my everyday life. When I have time I do like to read and paint."

✨️Meet the Team - Lou ✨️
"I’m Lou and I live in Andover, Hampshire.
I have been on a bit of a journey for the past 3 years or so where my whole life has crumbled around me and changed. From this I went on a journey to heal and change the way that I think and behave.
A massive game changer for me was learning about vibration and the map of consciousness. I fully believe that we attract the life at the level of that which we vibrate. Slowly over time I began healing my past, and changed my vibration from feeling sad, anxious, angry to one of feeling grateful, happy, content, and full of joy for everyone and everything. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this quite literally changed my life. I truly believe we can have anything we want as long as we know how to use the law of attraction. If you can think it, you can have it.
From here I wanted to share this gift with the world, so I qualified in level 1 & 2 Reiki, I’m almost qualified as a certified aromatherapist and I also offer talking therapies within my healing room which is called “The Rainbow Room”.
I love helping others, I love to see other people succeed, and here at Roots to the Future I really feel like I’ve found my true calling. I work as a healer at the events, but I am also in the events team & education team - I really am living my dream, helping to run events to heal people, and in turn helping all the children and even having the opportunity to teach children about high vibrations and energy healing at a young age.
I truly believe here at Roots to the future we are changing the world and I’m so very grateful and blessed to be a part of such a wonderful organisation working with many other beautiful souls."
