"I am I and I is you, a reflection of ones self. What you see is what you get. I have used natural medicines and have connected to my higher self a few times. I send positive uplifting light where ever I am, and know and unknow all the time.
Clock, calender and time are the biggest traps to many and I believe if we worked with our own body clocks, we would synergise just how the universe intended.
I'm into self healing and freestyling anything, and surrending to the unknown with a trusted and grounded outlook. I believe everything happens for a reason. There is a great reset coming and if we can shield ourselves from it we will be more advanced than many.
I love to think outside the box and love to get stuck in solving issues and problems, mostly from others as I solved my own with help from others sometimes. I am a student to the universe, and a role model, mentor or teacher to who ever wants to listen. If I could change one thing in most conditioned beings, it would be to focus on the breath with intention and believe in ones self."

The path of spiritual enlightenment is a way back to remembering that we are in control of every aspect of our lives. Every decision we make is based on either fear or love. Once we comprehend this fact fully, we are then able to consciously create the life that we deserve, just by making one love-based decision after another.
The way we discern if our decisions are love-based or fear-based, is through gut feeling or intuition. Does this feel good? Does it feel bad? Does it resonate? Are there any red flags? This is the way we navigate any tricky waters that we may find ourselves in.
The fact that we create every aspect of our life already makes some uncomfortable, especially if they are not living the way that they would chose to; this is where victim mentality blocks the energy flow of positive creativity. It takes real courage to look at aspects of your own life that are negative and comprehend that you have a huge part to play. This is where the real shadow work begins and the comprehension of being able to chose fear or love.

So, we have some good news to share today!!
We are running a Wilderness Weekend event at the end of October (22nd/23rd) in a 150acre woodland in Warwickshire!!! 🌳🌿
This is going to be a properly raw, back to the life of the land event whereby people turn up with just one change of clothes and basic survival gear they need..
No tents, no bags upon bags of clothes or modcons, we are taking you back to the old ways of living on the land.
We will be foraging, mushroom hunting, cooking on open fires (and underground), purifying water, building shelter, practicing archery, making traps, and staying in hammocks in the trees 🌳🍄🔥
On the Saturday we are also running an entire day of spiritual healing separate to the wilderness event for people to come and work on themselves on a deep level 🙏🏽

The seasons have a strong influence over our bodies and with the wisdom of #Ayurveda we can learn how to balance these influences whatever the weather.
Autumn is classed as #Vata season & represents the abstract quality of movement and it becomes powerful during Autumn season.
Vata is dry, it moves, it’s windy, it bursts in and when it does it is cold and it can leave you feeling worn out, fragile and susceptible to illness & imbalance. Your body is adjusting and changing just as the leaves on the trees are falling. It is perfectly normal to feel unbalanced at this changing of the seasons.
As Vata is light, cold, mobile and dry, it is best balanced by using the opposite qualities of grounding, warmth, routine and moisture. A combination of gentle diet and lifestyle adjustments can return Vata to balance and prevent seasonal allergies, colds & flu.
