A pregnant Kurdish woman" Sherin Rasul Mahmoud" dies of traumas and grief when she gived a birth to her twin, due to of her husband's "Abdo Izzat Kenj" arrest and torture by the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the village of Hassia in Mabata sub-district .
A pregnant Kurdish woman" Sherin Rasul Mahmoud" dies of traumas and grief when she gived a birth to her twin, due to of her husband's "Abdo Izzat Kenj" arrest and torture by the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the village of Hassia in Mabata sub-district .
Sherin Rasul Mahmoud, a 20-years-old pregnant young Kurdish woman, to the horror of the sight of herself being assaulted and her husband being savagely beaten and tortured by Turkish-backed Levant Front militiamen, fainted and fell seriously ill.
On 14 February, 2021, her condition got from bad to worst to be subsequently transferred to Turkey through smugglers to undergo a cesarean operation.
After the premature fetuses were surgically removed alive from her uterus and placed in the incubators, Sherin passed away and her body was brought back to her village to be buried on Monday, 15 February, 2021 .
Sherin's busband, Abdo Izzat Kenj, aged 25, had been kidnapped along with dozens of local Kurdish villagers from his village of Mirkan (Gûndê Hûsse ) in Mabatly subdistrict of Afrin. Whereas some abductees were ransomed by their relatives, Abdo, the dead woman's husband, is still missing and neither his fate nor his whereabouts are known.
