خروقات فصائل دمشق لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في مناطق الجزيرة وكوباني
على الرغم من دخول اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار حيّز التنفيذ، إلا أنّ فصائل دمشق واصلت هجماتها على مناطق الجزيرة وكوباني، في خرق واضح وصريح لبنود الاتفاق.
وقد أصبح وقف إطلاق النار سارياً اعتباراً من الساعة الثامنة من مساء أمس، إلا أنّ تلك الفصائل نفّذت سلسلة من الهجمات بعد هذا التوقيت، وذلك على النحو التالي:
1. الساعة 08:10 مساء أمس:
قصفت فصائل دمشق بلدة زركان شمالي الحسكة بالمدفعية الثقيلة، واستمر القصف لأكثر من ساعة.
2. الساعة 08:20 مساء أمس:
شنت فصائل دمشق هجوماً بالأسلحة الثقيلة على قرية تل بارود الواقعة على طريق أبيض - أبيض، جنوبي الحسكة.
3. الساعة 11:30 صباح اليوم:
هاجمت فصائل دمشق قواتنا في محيط مدينة صرين، حيث تصدت قواتنا للهجوم وأفشلته.
4. الساعة 11:45 صباح اليوم:
هاجم رتل تابع لفصائل دمشق قواتنا في قرية باسل على طريق أبيض - أبيض، جنوبي الحسكة.
5. الساعة 02:10 بعد ظهر اليوم:
شنت فصائل دمشق هجوماً ثانياً على قواتنا في محيط مدينة صرين جنوبي كوباني، وتمكنت قواتنا من التصدي للهجوم.
6. الساعة 02:45 بعد ظهر اليوم:
قصفت فصائل دمشق بالأسلحة الثقيلة قرية حمدون جنوبي كوباني حيث أدى إلى استشهاد امرأة.
إننا نؤكد حرصنا على الالتزام باتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وتجنب التصعيد، ندعو الجهات الضامنة والمجتمع الدولي إلى تحمّل مسؤولياتهم ومتابعة هذه الخروقات بما يضمن حماية المدنيين والحفاظ على الاستقرار في المنطقة.

على الرغم من دخول اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار حيّز التنفيذ، إلا أنّ فصائل دمشق واصلت هجماتها على مناطق الجزيرة وكوباني، في خرق واضح وصريح لبنود الاتفاق.
وقد أصبح وقف إطلاق النار سارياً اعتباراً من الساعة الثامنة من مساء أمس، إلا أنّ تلك الفصائل نفّذت سلسلة من الهجمات بعد هذا التوقيت، وذلك على النحو التالي:

Violations by Damascus-affiliated factions of the ceasefire agreement in the Jazeera and Kobani regions
Despite the ceasefire agreement entering into force, Damascus-affiliated factions have continued their attacks on the Jazeera and Kobani regions, in a clear and explicit violation of the terms of the agreement.
The ceasefire came into effect as of 8:00 PM yesterday; however, these factions carried out a series of attacks after that time, as follows:
08:10 PM yesterday:
Damascus-affiliated factions shelled the town of Zirkan, north of Hasakah, with heavy artillery. The shelling continued for more than an hour.
08:20 PM yesterday:
Damascus-affiliated factions launched an attack using heavy weapons on the village of Tal Baroud, located on the Abyad–Abyad road, south of Hasakah.
11:30 AM today:
Damascus-affiliated factions attacked our forces in the vicinity of the city of Sarrin. Our forces confronted the attack and thwarted it.
11:45 AM today:
A convoy belonging to Damascus-affiliated factions attacked our forces in the village of Basel on the Abyad–Abyad road, south of Hasakah.
02:10 PM today:
Damascus-affiliated factions launched a second attack on our forces in the vicinity of the city of Sarrin, south of Kobani. Our forces successfully repelled the attack.
02:45 PM today:
Damascus-affiliated factions shelled the village of Hamdoun, south of Kobani, with heavy weapons, resulting in the martyrdom of a woman.
We affirm our commitment to the ceasefire agreement and to avoiding escalation. We call on the guarantor parties and the international community to assume their responsibilities and to monitor these violations in a manner that ensures the protection of civilians and the preservation of stability in the region.

نؤكد أنه لم يكن لقواتنا أي نشاط عسكري في تلك المنطقة، كما لم ننفذ أي عملية من هذا النوع. وبحسب المعلومات المؤكدة المتوفرة لدينا، فإن الانفجار الذي وقع نجم عن حادث أثناء قيام فصائل دمشق بنقل الذخيرة، ولا علاقة لقواتنا به من قريب أو بعيد.

We categorically deny the claims made by the Minister of Defense of the Damascus government, who alleged that our forces carried out an attack targeting an ammunition depot in the Tel Kojer/Al-Ya'rubiyah area.
We confirm that our forces had no military activity in that area, nor did we carry out any operation of this kind. According to confirmed information available to us, the explosion resulted from an accident during the transfer of ammunition by Damascus factions, and our forces have no connection to it whatsoever.

ماذا جرى في هولير؟
كان الجميع في الاجتماع ينتظرون من الدبلوماسي الأمريكي أن يقدم اتفاقاً لوقف إطلاق النار يرضي الجميع وينهي الصراع، لكن توم باراك قال إن القصف والهجمات السورية لن تتوقف إلا بشرط واحد:
وبحسب مصدر أمريكي في سوريا، فإنهم وافقوا على الانضمام إلى الجيش السوري ومهاجمة قوات الحشد الشعبي في العراق.
في البداية، بدا مسعود بارزاني مصدوماً بعد سماعه هذا العرض، كما يظهر في الصورة والفيديو التاليين. وكان قائد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية، مظلوم عبدي، في حالة صدمة وغضب شديدين، وكان يحاول جاهداً كبح جماح غضبه بيديه، كما يظهر في الفيديو. وتبعه رئيس الوزراء مسرور بارزاني، الذي بدا في الفيديو منزعجاً ومذهولاً للغاية.

General Mazlum Abdi, Tom Barrack’a şöyle dedi:
“Teklifinizi kabul edemem, çünkü ben bir paralı asker değilim. Ben bir özgürlük savaşçısıyım. Güçlerim insanlık için çalışıyor.”
Hewlêr’de (Erbil) ne oldu?
Toplantıdaki herkes, Amerikan diplomatın herkesi memnun edecek ve çatışmayı sona erdirecek bir ateşkes anlaşması sunmasını bekliyordu. Ancak Tom Barrack, Suriye’deki bombardıman ve saldırıların yalnızca tek bir şartla durdurulacağını söyledi:
Suriye’deki Amerikalı bir kaynağa göre, Suriye ordusuna katılmayı ve Irak’taki Haşdi Şabi güçlerine saldırmayı kabul etmeleri gerekiyordu.
Başta Mesud Barzani, bu teklifi duyduktan sonra fotoğraf ve videoda da görüldüğü üzere büyük bir şaşkınlık yaşadı. Suriye Demokratik Güçleri Komutanı Mazlum Abdi ise yoğun bir öfke ve şok içindeydi; videoda görüldüğü gibi elleriyle öfkesini bastırmaya çalışıyordu. Onu, videoda oldukça rahatsız ve hayrete düşmüş görünen Başbakan Mesrur Barzani izledi.
Sonunda SDG Komutanı şu cevabı verdi:
“Üzgünüm, bu tür bir teklifi kabul edemem; çünkü ben bir paralı asker değilim, bir özgürlük savaşçısıyım. Güçlerim insanlık için çalışıyor. Barışı sağlamak için IŞİD terör örgütüyle savaştık. Bu teröristlere katılıp Irak’ta savaşamam.”
Tom Barrack ise şöyle yanıtladı:
“Peki, sorun değil, o zaman bombardımana katlanın,” dedi ve toplantı sona erdi.

الآلاف في الحسكة يستقبلون قافلة النفير العام القادمة من جنوب كردستان
استقبل الآلاف من أهالي مدينة الحسكة في مقاطعة الجزيرة، في مدخل المدينة عند دوار سينالكو على الطريق الواصل بين الحسكة وقامشلو، الشبان والنشطاء القادمين من جنوب كردستان، الذين لبّوا نداء النفير العام للمشاركة في دعم مقاومة روج آفا والتصدي لهجمات مرتزقة الحكومة المؤقتة.
