As you know, Bannon has made it on the Worst Dressed category before, but this year he seems to think that an all-black ensemble at the New York Republican’s annual gala would let him escape.

I honestly think Steve dumpster-dives for his wardrobe. If this is his attempt to look like “everyman,” he just looks slovenly. Better grooming would also help.
