BRATTLEBORO — Attorneys for a local family, whose son received a COVID-19 vaccination at a clinic at Academy School against their wishes, is filing suit in the U.S. Supreme Court. 

In August, the Vermont Supreme Court ruled that the Politella family's claims were barred from federal law related to emergency situations. Previously, the case had been dismissed in Windham Superior Court, Civil Division. 

Brattleboro attorney Ron Ferrara, who represented the family through the state cases, is joining up with Brookfield attorney John Klar to challenge the Vermont Supreme Court's "outrageous conclusion that federal laws shielding vaccine manufacturers extend to school officials who negligently or deliberately inject young children with vaccines," an announcement from Klar states. They filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. Supreme Court, Ferrara said in an email.

Data Analyst Exposes Shocking Global Death Toll from the COVID Injections

During an interview with Bret Weinstein, data analyst Ed Dowd reported, “So five billion people on the planet got a (COVID) vaccine of some sort. If you apply the range of the death rate in the US that I gave you earlier, you get a range of globally 7.3 million to 15 million died from the vaccine.”

Dowd’s upper-range numbers align with Denis Rancourt’s estimates that 17 million people died from the COVID shots.

But the situation looked even more grim as Dowd detailed the disability and injury numbers.

“Disabilities, when you look at the ratio of four to one, you multiply the 7 million and the 15, approximately 15 million times four, you get a range of 29 to 60 million disabled globally.”

The injury numbers were even more staggering.

Dowd explained, “And then injuries, if you take 18% of the vaccinated, just using the Pfizer [trial data], so that again, this could be money, but we get a range of at the high end, 900 million, 500 million at the low end injured. 500 million to 900 million who had an injury that has not disabled.”

Former FDA Commissioner Stokes Bird Flu Fear

Anybody aware of any stories like this one, describing "crystal-like fibers" coming out of a person's fingers and toes following a COVID injection?

This interview was posted by Children's Health Defense approximately a year ago. It features a woman named Margaret who describes her granddaughter developing "crystal-like fibers" coming out of her toes and fingers following at least one COVID injection.

"They're clear. They're crunchy. They're long like a hair, and they're in the cuticles of her toe. It then moved to all her fingers. And it was on her other toe also," Margaret says. Margaret notes that she herself has had Morgellons before, and seems to speculate that it may be related?

For reference, according to Grok: "Morgellons disease (MD) is a condition characterized by a variety of symptoms, most notably the presence of fibers or filamentous structures under or emerging from the skin." The disease apparently has an unknown etiology.

Grok also notes that a "2012 study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concluded that the condition was similar to delusional infestation, with fibers primarily identified as textile material. They did not find evidence of a new infection or a common identifiable medical condition."

REPORT: A new study confirms that COVID vaccine shedding is REAL.

The “conspiracy theorists” were right again.

The study revealed shocking findings: women who were around vaccinated people daily (within 6 feet) had a 34% higher risk of heavy menstrual bleeding, a 28% higher chance of their period starting over a week early, and a 26% higher chance of menstrual bleeding lasting more than seven days, compared to those with little close contact.

Four people who got Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine in the firm's trial developed Bell's palsy, a form of temporary facial paralysis, according to U.S. regulators' report on the shot.
