things to try :

- flash kernel ✅
- flash rom ✅ (boot but error)
- flash module
- backup / restore function (just backup boot, reboot and restore it)
- move from rom A to B without formating whole data partition (only choose wipe data, cache, dalvik, metadata)

notes : current condition maybe only applicable for aosp rom, based on current testing
