Yeah , the mental atrophy of offloading all your critical thinking to LLM's is very bad.

like i found myself struggling to have confidence on even small tasks i have done before. its a very slippery slope and thats why i dont use cursor anymore ( also i like the performance boost of using vscodium ) 3-4 weeks clean now hehe.
