I use ai more than i like to admit , especially the tab autocomplete
id say if your goal is to learn , dont even touch a single ai tool , but if you are juggling 3 or more projects , you need some help sometimes 🤷
it is very bad , your coding ability will atrophy because you're offloading it and blindly accepting ( vibe coding )
