i hate my day job so much its honestly irrational that I'm still there.

the only thing keeping me there is that its consistent and stable income and that's good for both me and the people reliant on me.

there is no challenge , no growth , no passion. I'm writing less and less code as things go and having to deal with more and more false work ( meetings , planning etc. )

i miss being utilized to the full extent of what i can do and be.
