Mm-kay here is the thing , i think i getting sluggier in life , like I'm living on power saving mode. idk if its me getting old or something but like ...
I'm a huge fan of experiencing things, you know , experiences are great , we like to continue that trend n stuff. problem is , if you are constantly tired , you don't experience things all that well,
not only that but also you also don't recall them all that great because you were like half asleep while it was happening.
So like ima make some healthy routines, stuff like get >4 hours of consistent sleep ( i know right great goals ) , drink more water, cut back on caffeine and the like , you know, the things your mom tells you to do n shit.
And see how that affects my alertness over time by ... well tracking it on the human benchmark.
I know my track record with long term challenges isn't all that good ... so like idk don't get too hyped up for it.
[2] , these are my results just starting out , worst state because I'm sleep deprived and under caffeine crash.
