I was reading this blog
And these are the parts that spoke to me , I've learnt that they (1,2) are true and recently was learning that 3 was probably true as well. Resilience and repetition are sometimes cope , sometimes you just need a target change.
Its always reassuring to see that the path i took of my own volition get validated by others that took the same path but are further ahead.
