400+ voting centers are open in New Zealand for early ballots, with the National Party expected to oust the current Labour govt.

The main voting day will take place on Oct 14, while New Zealanders overseas have been able to cast their ballots since Sept 27.

The leader of the opposition right-wing National Party, Christopher Luxon, has vowed to pair with more nationalist rivals only if totally necessary.

Turkey conducted an air operation targeting 20 Kurdistan Workers' Party sites in Northern Iraq 🇮🇶 late Sunday.

President Erdogan, however, went after the EU - blaming the bloc for stalling his country's membership bid. He added Ankara no longer expects anything from the European Union after it left Turkey waiting at its door for 40 years.

“We have kept all the promises we have made to the EU but they have kept almost none of theirs,” he said, adding he would not “tolerate any new demands or conditions” for his country to join the bloc.

Sweden (no shock) were joined by Germany, the UK and the US in condemning Sunday's terrorist attack in Ankara.

Disney World is being sued for $50k in damages after a woman suffered 'vaginal lacerations' on a waterslide.

Emma McGuinness, 33, visited the Orlando amusement park in Oct 2019. The incident which left her bleeding happened on the Humunga Kowabunga waterslide. The lawsuit claims she became airborne before forcefully hitting the slide and water at the bottom - causing a severe wedgie.

🔄📍Stranded Freight 🚂 on Track for US Border Again with Hundreds of Migrants

A train which left around 1,800 migrants stranded in the Mexican desert 🏜 for 24hrs is again moving towards America.

People mostly from Central & Latin America are using the tracks to enter and seek asylum. In Mexico the railroads are mostly a century old and deliberately run slowly to deter migrants.

However, last week around 30% of services were suspended due to foreign stowaways overwhelming the trains.

233,000 people crossed the US southern border alone in August. While Mexican authorities detained almost 190,000 in September.
