⚠️ Dam Warning System's False Alarm Triggers State of Emergency in 🇺🇸

It's the fourth false alarm since 2020 for the dam which protects parts of Washington state.

The system in Carnation, near Seattle, is supposed to alert residents if the Tolt Dam fails. It sent thousands into a panic that they had to evacuate.

Officials have apologised for the confusion and claim the tech and equipment is being replaced. (CNN)

❗️"Rabbit Ears" Kamala Hates Criticism & Shuns Responsibility - New Book

The Last Politician has allegedly revealed that VP Harris is completely insecure and demands to know who has been criticising her... with West Wing staff comparing her to a rabbit.

It's claimed Harris froze out one staffer for speaking to reporters - suspecting the person of speaking ill of her abilities.

Franklin Foer's book also claims that the Border Czar dropped the Central America project because it was a 'futile gig' - instead of fixing it - and didn't want her role to be about women or race, but wanted her office as majority women and a black woman as chief of staff.

Foer writes she basically made her own job more difficult and then couldn't be trusted with important things.

Cue hyena laugh.

❗️Typhoon Haikui: Taiwan 🇹🇼 Evacuates Thousands & Grounds Flights

The island has declared a public holiday to keep residents at home, with the typhoon set to make landfall on Sunday in its mountainous region.

A mass evacuation order has affected thousands, despite Haikui forecast to be a much weaker typhoon than Saola.
