🧐Biden Readies Military Aid (Taxpayer Cash) to Taiwan Under 'Sovereign State' Program

The 🇺🇸 president has given the go ahead for weapons transfers to Taipei under the Foreign Military Financing program - usually reserved for sovereign states.

Congress was notified of the State Dept's intention to switch $80 billion in funds to Taiwan 🇹🇼.

It will allegedly secure Taiwan's self-defense capabilities for the maritime sphere.

Protecting democracy? It's not as if those funds going to Taiwan & Ukraine could have been used at home.
