Document from Mad Vlad Zelensky’s office proposes fee for Russian citizens applying for Western visas, with money going to "restoring Ukraine", as well as strengthening sanctions on Russian energy.
Zelensky also wants Russian gas to flow to EU ONLY through Ukraine so he can lap up fees for transferring energy through country - not like gas can go through Nord Stream pipelines anymore…

Reports are emerging the Latin American nation has blocked Telegram over its refusal to provide data on criminals to the police.
It's said to be over an alleged neo-Nazi group, with Brazil imposing a $200k fine per day until Telegram hands over information on members.
The group has been linked to an attack on a school in Brazil by a teenager.
