The German government has approved a draft law legalizing the purchase and possession of small amounts of cannabis for recreational use.
Ignoring a blowback from judges and opposition, the bill must now pass through parliament to become law - under which clubs of 500 members can cultivate and buy the drug.

🇩🇪's Frankfurt Airport had to curtail operations as heavy rain lashed down on the city with dozens of flights canceled with some passengers left unable to disembark from aircraft that had already arrived due to flooding.
Around 70 flights were canceled with a further 20 diverted – it is estimated over a thousand passengers were affected by the disruption.

CCTV has captured the moment smoke and flames at the back of the bus on the General Paz highway in 🇦🇷‘s capital sent passengers running for their lives.
Burning fuel then spreads the blaze across the highway - eventually forming a wall of flames over all the lanes.
The fire was a result of an electrical issue, as per local media, no injuries were reported.
