'Axis of Resistance' Against Israel - Hamas & Hezbollah Leaders Meet in Beirut
The leaders of the armed movements discussed “the readiness of the axis of resistance” against Israel, Hezbollah said in a statement.
Israel blamed Hamas for firing 34 rockets towards its territory from southern Lebanon, firing strikes on Friday in retaliation.
The “axis of resistance” refers to Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian, and other Iran-backed groups opposed to Israel. Tel Aviv announced it had fired at Syria on Sunday morning too.
