In the first two layers, Aurex 1 learned to interpret the market regime and continuously adapt to changing volatility conditions.

Now we move deeper into the market microstructure.

Liquidity Intelligence Layer

For a yield generation model, an opportunity is only as good as the liquidity available to capture it.

Aurex 1 therefore introduces a dedicated liquidity layer where the LLM continuously evaluates how much capital the market can actually absorb without materially changing the execution environment.

Two additional parameters are optimized here.

05. Order Book Depth Elasticity

Aurex 1 evaluates how available liquidity changes as capital exposure increases.

The model uses this relationship to estimate how aggressively an allocation can be increased before liquidity conditions begin to deteriorate.

06. Liquidity Shock Absorption Coefficient

The model estimates how effectively available liquidity can absorb sudden changes in buying or selling pressure.

A declining absorption coefficient can signal that the same allocation carries a significantly different execution risk than it did moments earlier.

These parameters are then connected to the previous volatility and regime layers.

The LLM reasons across:

Market Regime → Volatility → Liquidity → Exposure → Yield

This allows Aurex 1 to evaluate not only whether a yield opportunity exists, but whether the market has sufficient liquidity to capture that opportunity efficiently.

Most yield models treat liquidity as an input.

Aurex 1 treats liquidity as a continuously optimized variable inside the financial reasoning process.

This is another layer of our LLM based architecture that goes far beyond static yield optimization.
