19-year-old Negar Davoodi was sentenced to imprisonment.

Mohammad Moradi was a 38 year-old student in Lyon, France, While the world was celebrating the holiday season, Mohammad ended his life by drowning himself in the Rhone River.
He did this in order to call the attention of western media and political leaders to the authoritarianism and tyranny that exists in Iran.
Mohammad devoted his life so that Iranians might be heard.

On December 28, 2022, the court proceedings for 10 defendants, arrested pursuant to the protests on December 22nd in Isfahan, will take place, at the Isfahan Revolutionary Court, under the judgement of Judge Barati, one of the most notorious judges from the Islamic Republic.
One of the acquaintances of Hosein Kazemi and Majid Kazemi, two arrested brothers, amongst the 10 accused, reports:
They have not been given access to the lawyer of their choice. The authorities will also not provide the information for the assigned lawyer to their families so as to prevent them from following up on their cases.
Hosein Kazemi and Majid Kazemi, who were arrested over a month ago, have not yet been released into the general population, and are continuing to be held by the intelligence forces.
The acquaintance states that during a short visit that he personally had with the two brothers, the signs of torture were plainly visible.
Amir NasrAzadani, Saleh Mirhashemi, Faramarz Salehi, Saeed Yaghoubi, Jaber Mirhashemi, Mehdi Mashayekhi, Abolfazl Badialeh and Soheil Jahangiri are the other 8 accused.
Considering that they have been falsely accused, their lives are in grave danger.

Yet another crime by the child killing regime
According to reports, on December 26, 2022, Mehrdad Malek, a 17 year old man, who was returning home from the farm with his friend, was suspected by the suppressing forces and a car chase ensued.
During this chase, the suppressor’s vehicle get stuck in the mud and Sergeant Ali Mahmoudi opened fire onto the fleeing vehicle, to compel them to stop.
The bullet hit Mehrdad Malek in the head and kills this 17 year old teen is thus killed by the suppressing forces.
The funeral ceremonies for the body of Mehrdad Malek, which was held at the cemetery in #Ardagh, has been concluded. The family of Malek have been pressured to give consent to the release of the man who killed Mehrad Malek.
The honourable people of #Ghazvin, #Takestan, and #Ardagh and all the surrounding cities are asked not to leave the family of Mehrdad’s family alone.

Canada, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Kingdom have formally triggered a process to hold Iran legally accountable for shooting down Flight PS752.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) shot down the Ukraine International Airlines flight shortly after takeoff in Tehran on Jan. 8, 2020. Two surface-to-air missiles hit the plane, killing all 176 passengers onboard — including 55 Canadian citizens, 30 permanent residents and others with ties to Canada.
On Wednesday, the International Coordination and Response Group announced that ministers from Cnaada, Sweden, Ukraine and the U.K. had requested Iran's regime submit to binding arbitration under an international dispute resolution process governed by the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aviation of 1971.
The convention requires its signatory countries to prohibit, prevent and punish certain offences involving aircraft, including the unlawful and intentional destruction of an aircraft in service. Canada, Sweden, Ukraine, the U.K. and Iran are all parties to the convention.
If the countries can't agree to terms for arbitration within six months, the case can be taken to the International Court of Justice.
CBC News has reached out to Iran's foreign ministry for comment.
