We must stand on the solid ground that no matter the scientific or moral argument, the federal government only has a limited set of powers and almost everything they are currently doing and proposing is not in them.

The Taliban also started closing the major routes out of Afghanistan and there are four Chinese UAVs now flying in the country. Whether China is operating them, or whether someone in the Taliban is will be determined still.
