We wear extra layers, we drink hot drinks and we stay inside as much as possible when its cold season and its the opposite when its summer. We wear lighter clothes, windows open all the time, we shower 3 times a day cause thats nature and we have to adapt.
Now why donβt we consider the adaptation for our different emotional seasons? One thing is a fact, you canβt live without them no matter how hard you try. Be sad when you are sad , talk about it, admit it to yourself donβt pretend everything is okay when its not . So when its time to be happy you can be happy without having your ignored sadness bothering you from the back of your head.
As seasons come and go and the years pass by we get old in the process and we will have nothing but our own consciousness judging us . We donβt get to rewind.
