🔹مدة التدريب:
تدريب تعاوني لطلاب الجامعات فقط من مدة لا تقل عن 4 ولا تزيد عن 8 أشهر

🔹المكافأة الشهرية:
3000 ريال سعودي لكل متدرب (لا تشمل مزايا إضافية مثل التأمين الصحي أو بدلات أخرى)

🛕 Pyramid of Evidence: Not All Studies Are Created Equal 📊

Ever wondered which studies to trust the most in medicine? Here's a quick guide to the Evidence Pyramid — from weakest to strongest:

🔻 Expert Opinion / Case Reports
Interesting, but based on personal experience. Great for ideas, not decisions.

🔸 Case-Control Studies
Compare sick vs. healthy people after the fact. Helpful, but prone to bias.

🔸 Cohort Studies
Follow groups over time. Stronger — shows associations, not cause.

💉 Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs)
The gold standard for testing treatments. Random, controlled, reliable.

🔺 Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses
Top of the pyramid. Combine results from many RCTs = strongest, clearest evidence.

📌 Bottom line: The higher up you go, the more reliable the evidence. Don’t let a flashy headline deceive you — always ask: “Where’s the evidence?”
