You can access your suspended account only if you have already connected your email to your account before the suspension. Just use your email to login.

But in case you did not connected your email and get suspended, we cannot help you recover the account. But we can help you transfer your points to a new account. This is what you need to provide to process the points transfer 👇

1. What is your suspended X username?
2. Please create a new account in the agnt.hub and give us your username/email for transferring your points.
3. Provide valid proof that the suspended username you given belongs to you. It can be screenshots or any other proof you may want to provide.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Make sure to create an new account in agnt hub so team can transfer your points from old account to new account
2. Acknowledge that you understand We can ONLY TRANSFER points.
3. Disconnecting your old discord or X account from the suspended account is not possible. This is because when you connect any social account, it become a signer for your account. Which means, you will need a new Discord account too.
4. NTFs cannot be transferred as we do not have your private keys. Also NFTs are Soul Bound.
5. Roles cannot be transferred.
