A 28-year-old Bronx man, identified as Anthony Orozco, was caught on camera allegedly roaming his apartment building naked while wielding a hatchet and engaging in lewd behavior, leaving neighbors fearful to enter shared hallways. Residents also accuse him of turning on all the burners in his apartment, causing a gas leak that prompted the fire department to shut off service to the entire building for a month. According to reports, Orozco has not paid rent in over a year and remains in the unit as housing court has yet to issue an eviction warrant.
