THE HELLFIRE COMPLAINS TO ALLAH
[Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 54, Number 482] Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “The (Hell) Fire complained to its Lord saying, ‘O my Lord! My different parts eat up each other.’ So, He allowed it to take two breaths, one in the winter and the other in summer, and this is the reason for the severe heat and the bitter cold you find (in weather).”
FEVER IS FROM THE HEAT OF HELL
[Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 619] Narrated Nazi’: Abdullah bin ‘Umar said, “The Prophet said, ‘Fever is from the heat of Hell, so put it out (cool it) with water.’ “ Nafi’ added: ‘Abdullah used to say, “O Allah! Relieve us from the punishment,” (when he suffered from fever).

FEVER CAN REMOVE SINS
[Sahih Muslim 2575] Jabir b. Abdullah reported that Allah’s Messenger visited Umm Sa’ib or Umm Musayyib and said: Umm Sa’ib or Umm Musayyib. why is it that you are shivering? She said:” It is fever and may it not be blessed by Allah, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Don’t curse fever for it expiates the sin of the children of Adam just as furnace removes the alloy of iron.
YOUR HEELS WILL GO TO HELL WHILE YOUR BODY WILL GO TO PARADISE
[Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 164] Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr: The Prophet remained behind us on a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the ‘Asr prayer which was over-due and we were just passing wet hands over our feet (not washing them thoroughly) so he addressed us in a loud voice saying twice orthriae, “Save your heels from the fire.”

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: Once Allah’s Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o ‘Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, “O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women).” They asked, “Why is it so, O Allah’s Apostle ?” He replied, “You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.” The women asked, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?” He said, “Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?” They replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn’t it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?” The women replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her religion.”

[Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 124] Narrated Usama: The Prophet said, “I stood at the gate of Paradise and saw that the majority of the people who entered it were the poor, while the wealthy were stopped at the gate (for the accounts). But the companions of the Fire were ordered to be taken to the Fire. Then I stood at the gate of the Fire and saw that the majority of those who entered it were women.”

[Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 54, Number 529] Narrated Abu Mulaika: Ibn Umar used to kill snakes, but afterwards he forbade their killing and said, “Once the Prophet pulled down a wall and saw a cast-off skin of a snake in it. He said, ‘Look for the snake. ‘They found it and the Prophet said, “Kill it.” For this reason I used to kill snakes. Later on I met Abu Lubaba who told me the Prophet said, ‘Do not kill snakes except the short-tailed or mutilated-tailed snake with two white lines on its back, for it causes abortion and makes one blind. So kill it.’
