Proxy Rotation
In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, there is a new option which rotates proxy.
The user can configure a timeout, after which the Telegram client will automatically connect to a different proxy server if the current one becomes unavailable.
To enable proxy rotation, go to the Data and Memory section - Proxy Settings.

Update of Permissions Section in Groups
In Beta versions of Telegram for iOS and Android, there is a new feature that allows for more precise customization of permissions for sending media and disabling the ability to send text messages in group chats.
Under the "Sending Media" option, there are 6 new sub-options:
• Sending Photos
• Sending Videos
• Sending Music
• Sending Files
• Sending Voice Messages
• Sending Video Messages
The ability to turn off or on all sub-options with one "Sending Media" toggle has been retained.

In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS, users without Telegram Premium see an offer to purchase a one-year subscription with a 25% discount above the list of chats.
The banner disappears after clicking on it and going to the information page.
Currently, it is not possible to purchase a one-year subscription, however, the presence of references to new pricing plans for personal accounts in the Beta version's source code suggests that they will be added to Telegram soon.

Flexible Media Autosave Configuration
In Beta versions of Telegram for iOS and Android, there is a new option which enables autosaving of specific media files, such as photos or videos in specific chats.
Additionally, it is possible to set a maximum video size that can be automatically downloaded into the gallery.

OneUI 5.1 was to debut alongside Galaxy S23 series on Feb1, 23 at Sansung Unpacked event, but it got leaked earlier
One UI 5.1 will bring improved stock apps, family sharing albums in the Gallery app, Expert RAW camera app, better AR Emojis and AR Zone, a new battery widget with new weather widget too, lockscreen customisation, wallpapers changes, Samsung Notes collaboration, improvements to multi-device controls, and small improvements to Samsung DeX.
