Displaying your favourite photos in the gallery

Telegram X now allows you to display your favourite photos from the gallery within the messenger.

This feature works only with the standard gallery of Samsung devices.

You can download the Beta version from Google Play after logging into the testing program, or from the official @tgx_log channel.

Flexible media permissions

In the Beta version of Telegram for macOS, you can now adjust the specific permissions for sending media in chats.

The item "Sending media files" has 6 new sub-items:
• Sending a photo
• Sending video
• Sending music
• Sending files
• Sending voice messages
• Sending video messages

The ability to disable or enable all these items with a single switch "Sending media files" has been preserved.

🌟 Translation of all posts in a channel

In the Beta version of Telegram for macOS, there's a new button which translates all posts in a channel into the language chosen in app settings.

The button appears if the posts on the channel are written in a language different from the one you selected in settings.

The user can add the channel's language to the exceptions so that Telegram no longer offers to translate messages from that language.

The option is available only to users with a Premium subscription.

In the beta version of the native Telegram client number 9.3.1.242366 for macOS, the pop-up button 'Translate' now automatically translates all the content of the channel in a foreign language.

The function can be enabled in the settings section 'Language' - in a separate item 'Translation of messages'. Automatic translation of all messages will be available if you have subscribed to Telegram Premium.

Proxy Rotation

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, there is a new option which rotates proxy.

The user can configure a timeout, after which the Telegram client will automatically connect to a different proxy server if the current one becomes unavailable.

To enable proxy rotation, go to the Data and Memory section - Proxy Settings.
