IDROCK by MSS — HOS MONITORING UPDATE

Alhamdulillah, the new HOS Monitoring System in IDROCK is already showing promising results.

During our internal side-by-side testing with another well-known refresher in the market, our IT team noticed differences in the displayed statistics. IDROCK reflected the more accurate HOS result in this case.

The system is also designed to be cleaner and more practical for daily dispatch operations. Dispatchers can quickly monitor:

⏭ Hours used and remaining
⏭ Current status and rest time
⏭ Total mileage and completed trips
⏭ HOS-limit warnings
⏭ Drivers requiring immediate attention

This may be a small development milestone, but it carries big meaning for us.

We are not building IDROCK simply to follow what already exists. Our goal is to create a more accurate, cleaner, and truly valuable product for Amazon Relay operations.

The HOS system is looking strong, Alhamdulillah. More improvements are coming, insha’Allah ✍️
