The Hungarian company MOL has signed a memorandum with the state-owned Ukrainian company Naftogaz to create storage capacity on the territory of Hungary near the border with Ukraine. However, Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar immediately halted it and criticized the management of MOL for negotiating about it with Ukraine "behind the back of the government".
