Updated MIUI desktop version: added application menu background settings and icon size adjustment.

Added the ability to select "Google News" instead of "Mi Assistant" in the settings for developers. Requires installation of the Google app.

Updated version of the Video application: new application interface.

Updated version of the Music app: added support for dark mode.

The "Google Privacy" option has been activated in the "Passwords and Security" settings section for Android 10.

The setting for displaying blocked contacts in the call log is activated.

Returned support for the Polish language.

Updated some MIUI 11 theme icons.

In support of the added device Mi9 Lite - CC9. So far, only being tested.

Updated TWRP Recovery for Mi8, Mi8 Pro, Mi8 EE, Mi MIX 3 with Android 10 support.
