2) OOS Icon pack is now "Device Default." Don't whin about it. Making it optional was an issue as it got reset upon reboot / systemui restart.

- Added Battery, Signal, voLTE, voWIFI, Ringer, Bluetooth Icons from Classic OOS 11/12.
- Adjusted Icons width and hight manually to fit correctly.
