May Day 2026: Message to workers on International Workers’ Day
Creeping repression is the British ruling class’s latest weapon against an ever-rising tide of dissent. Fascism doesn’t need jackboots and funny salutes; its frameworks can be implemented in a terribly British way by polite agents trained to ignore their complicity, normalised by the corporate media, and accepted by a public that has been intimidated and propagandised into silence.

Landlords are complaining about the new Renters Rights Act.
Landlords, remember, do not build or maintain homes. They are not productive workers. They just own property and make a living from someone who needs to live there.
Now they are threatening to make people homeless as their profits may fall.
Laws alone won’t make things better for Renters while landlords are allowed to do this, only a complete change of system will.
You don’t have to be a radical to know it’s wrong to kick someone out of their home for your own gain.
A society someone can make a living from providing a basic human need is not a free society. Even fair landlords are doing something which should not be allowed. If renting out a property is your only way to make a living, neither you nor your tenant are free.
You will hear that there is a housing shortage because of building regulations, because of immigration. It isn’t. It’s profiteering like this, utter greed and contempt for fellow humans that causes artificial housing shortages
Landlords are not being demonised. Demons aren’t real. Parasites are real and landlordIsm is parasitism.

Today our comrades paid respect to the heroic sacrifices of the Soviet people in the war against fascism. The people, united, could not be defeated.
We spoke with many people from the ex-Soviet republics, as well as from Britain and other nations, who were appalled at the revisionism erasing the primary role of the Soviet Union and communists in defeating Nazi Germany, fascist Italy, and fascist Japan, and the rehabilitation of fascism to serve the aims of imperialism today.
We will never forget. We will never cease the struggle against fascism, against barbarism.
Death to imperialism!

Comrades of the Communist Party of Great Britain Marxist–Leninist North West during our annual visit to the grave of the Soviet sailor in Anfield Cemetery.
While the West marks Victory in Europe Day on the 8th of May, the Soviet Union celebrated victory over fascism on the 9th due to the German surrender taking effect after midnight Moscow time.
By visiting the sailor’s grave, we commemorate that victory and the millions of proletarian lives lost by the Soviet Union in the struggle against fascism.
