On the morning of Thursday 9 April, the police again came to the home of Dr Ranjeet Brar, general secretary of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist), to arrest him for making a political speech outside the US embassy (see video attached), on charges of “antisemitism”.

Not only have the police arrested him, they arranged to have him suspended from his work as an NHS surgeon for at least two weeks – no doubt with a view to further suspension and ultimately with the aim of depriving him of work.

A comrade of ours was once again arrested, and released, for daring to stand on a platform and speak in support of Iran and against imperialism dominance of the middle east.

This isn't the first time Dr Ranjeet Brar has been targeted by the state. Every time he has been arrested he has been released because there was lack of evidence of illegal activity. The lack of evidence is because nothing he has done has been illegal. Even in the framework of bourgeois law.

The reason Dr Brar has been targeted is because workers hear what he has to say. It's because when he stands on a platform the workers listen.

British capitalism is decaying. The ruling class understands that once the working class begin to realise their true intentions they are in trouble. Their worst fear is a growing class consciousness. They will do whatever they can to stop those that are able to speak to the workers and make them understand. Ranjeet and the CPGB-ML are able to do that.

What you see destroyed before you is an ancient synagogue known as the "Rabbi Nia Synagogue."

Inside it was a library that housed ancient Torah scrolls, now buried forever beneath the rubble. The man with his back turned in the image is Rabbi Younes Hamami Lalehzar, inspecting the devastation that has reduced the synagogue to ruins, following a brutal act of aggression by a hostile, religious entity; one rejected by all its neighbors, concerned with nothing but preserving its own regime at the expense of everyone.

But before you rush to judgment, there's something important you should know:

This destroyed synagogue is not in occupied land of Palestine. It stands in the heart of Tehran.

Yes... this synagogue is located in Iran's capital, and it was struck in a recent air raid carried out by those bearing the blue star. As for Rabbi Younes, he is a recognized community figure representing the Jewish population of Iran, a community that has lived in Persia for over 2,500 years. They have official representation in the Islamic Consultative Assembly and have publicly declared their full support for the Iranian state, rejecting Western aggression. This is a significant community, numbering over 15,000 people, and an acknowledged part of Iran's social fabric; one that does not recognize the Israeli entity.

So now you understand who the "brutal aggressor" truly is.

The US wants to dictate to the world what is the correct and incorrect way of living and governing a country from the perspective which serves their imperialist interests. When a country seeks to be independent, free of plunder, and to develop without interference, the U.S. is trigger-happy to label these countries undemocratic and dictatorships.

The U.S. and their proxy state of Israel are doing that today with Iran under the guise of peace and prosperity for the world, while actively pursuing the war and destruction of the world for the enrichment of a parasitic minority who sit in the offices of Wall Street, the City of London et cetera.

The Westerners who argue the pacifist line of 'anti-war' are merely taking the side of the U.S. and Israel by pushing forward a line of inactivity from the current conflict. It is akin to being 'anti-slavery' by refusing to challenge slavery as a system. The anti-imperialist line is to support Iran and the Iranian people in their defence and justified retaliation against the true 'pro-war' forces of the world: the U.S., Israel and the other imperialist powers of the world.
