“Free Education” in the West

In a school in Wisconsin, a teenager shot two to death and six more wounded not long ago, causing international concern.
There were 490-odd mass shooting incidents reported across the US in 2024 alone, killing more than 16,000. These figures are more than enough to understand the chronic gun crime situation in the country.
Meanwhile, criminals in their 20s and 30s were brought to court in the UK, after shooting a 19-year-old boy to death for the simple reason that he didn’t pay back ￡60 four years ago. This vividly exposed to the international community the depraved image of the West, where people’s right to existence is under serious threat.
Here comes the question why the young people in the Western society, who are meant to play a progressive and pivotal role in the society, are indulged in wielding guns and shootings even in such a peace time, not a war time.
That is because of the extreme misanthropy bred by the social evils - the conception that money is omnipotent and only the fittest can survive: money decides everything and one can survive only when they can ruthlessly cast aside everything when it comes to money, be they their parents or friends.
From day one of their social life, the majority of the young people in the Western society must struggle for existence, drawn into a life-or-death contest. In this unforgiving contest, one must endure distressing unemployment and poverty and live the life of vagabonds should they fail to beat or overtake the others.
The Western society compel young people to obey the jungle law in disregard of conscience and morality. Moreover, they widely propagate decadent ways of life which commend perverted practices and crime, ruthlessly pushing the pessimistic and bleak youth to the realms of violence and murder.
Undeniably, it is a free system training criminals unique to the West requiring neither budget nor spending.
It’s common practice for parents to discipline their children and correct their mistakes. Nevertheless, would anyone in the Western world tell their young people to do right things? In the Western world, they are rather persistently masking their crime-ridden history of aggression and massacre as “civilization” and are hell-bent on undermining and slandering others while abusing the noble concept of human rights, exactly like the US, that has been built on the corpses of the native Americans, and the UK, that used to feed on colonial plunder.
The Western society is deprived of virtues and affection and rife with manslaughter. It is a decadent, decaying and dying society without future. Such incurable tumor should be prevented from spreading to the rest of the world. This is the undisputed voice of the world people aspiring to justice

Everybody is familiar with the stir raised in Europe over the Marshall plan. This plan is advertised as the factor of salvation for the post-war recovery of Europe’s economy. To listen to certain British or French statesmen, without American credits under the Marshall plan, economic recovery in the European countries is impossible. However, the American dollars which floated this year into the pockets of the European capitalists under the United States credit plan did not produce any real revival of industry in the countries of capitalist Europe. And they cannot produce that revival, since the American credits are not being given in order to restore and expand the industries of the European countries which compete with the United States but in order to provide a broader market for American goods in Europe and to place these countries in economic and political dependence on the capitalist monopolies which dominate the United States and on their aggressive plans, in disregard of the interests of the European peoples themselves.
In contradistinction to this, the post-war recovery and expansion of industry in the U.S.S.R. are not dependent upon any capitalist country and entirely serve to satisfy the needs of its own people.
Both industry and agriculture in the Soviet Union have entered a period of a new and powerful upsurge.

The Druze population demonstrates to demand a fair understanding with the new government in Damascus. Events following the interception of a convoy of militants attempting to enter Suwayda. Similar to what happened in the past, Druze will demand special recognition by the new authorities and an improvement in the regional situation. Shiites, Alawis, Christians, Ismailis & even some Sunnis made the mistake of surrendering their weapons & submitting to a reconciliation that was clearly not going to work, but many were driven by the will to end the war. This has led to the deaths of hundreds of people in the last three weeks. However, pockets of resistance have already begun in the coastal regions, Homs & Hama. Corruption & arms smuggling are still as prevalent as ever, so the rearmament of many citizens there is not to be ruled out in the near future, even if the monopoly on heavy weapons remains with the terrorist groups.🇸🇾

«Communism is Soviet rule plus Electrification!» ~ Lenin
On February 21st 1920, the State Commission for Electrification of Russia (GOELRO) was created. GOELRO, short for “State Electrification of Russia” was the plan for the development of not only the energy sector, but the entire economy.
On December 22nd, 1920, the plan developed by the commission was approved by the VIII All-Russian Congress of Soviets, and a year later it was approved by the IX All-Russian Congress of Soviets.

Together with colletivisation of farming, it provided the USSR with a productive base not only strong enough to withstand Hitler's onslaught just two decades later, but to decisively defeat the Fascist forces, that had to their disposal the entire industrial and agricultural capacity of conquered capitalist Europe. Such is the power of sovereign socialist peoples.

On December 22, 1920, the VIII All-Russian Congress of Soviets opened, adopting a plan for the electrification of Russia – the GOELRO plan
The initiator and inspiration of the GOELRO plan was V.I.Lenin. To draw up the plan, a state commission was created, which included over 200 of the best Russian engineers and scientists, headed by G.M.Krzhizhanovsky.
By December 1920, the commission had completed its work. The Congress, held on December 22-29, 1920, approved the GOELRO plan. In his report to the congress, Lenin, calling the GOELRO plan the second program of the party, put forward a brilliant formula:
Lenin ended his historic speech to thunderous applause from the congress delegates with the following words:
The GOELRO plan was calculated for 10-15 years and provided for a radical reconstruction of the national economy based on electrification.
The plan envisaged the construction of 30 regional power plants (20 thermal, 10 hydraulic) with a total capacity of 1,750,000 kW. Based on electrification, a radical technical re-equipment of all branches of industry, transport and agriculture was envisaged, and the task was set of transforming Russia from an agrarian country into an industrial one.
The implementation of GOELRO began under the direct leadership of Lenin. At the cost of enormous effort in the conditions of civil war and economic collapse, the construction of the firstborns of socialist electrification was carried out - the Shaturskaya, Kashiraskaya GRES and the Volhov Hydroelectric Power Station.
GOELRO was fulfilled in terms of its main indicators by the minimum deadline for which it was designed (1931), and by 1935 it was significantly overfulfilled in all main indicators. Instead of 30 district power plants, 40 were built. They were equipped with modern power equipment that corresponded to the level of advanced technology of that time. Every year, the centralisation of electricity production and the capacity of district power plants increased. Already in 1935, 13 power plants with a unit capacity of 100,000 kW or more were operating. By this time, the USSR took second place in Europe and third in the world in this indicator.
H.G.Wells, who visited Russia again in 1934, was struck by the changes. The plan that had once seemed pure fantasy to him had been overfulfilled, and the country, having overcome the "gloom," was accelerating the pace of economic transformation.
The development of electric power engineering in the USSR did not stop there. Already in 1947, after the most terrible and destructive war in the history of mankind, the Great Patriotic War, the USSR took 1st place in Europe and 2nd in the world in this indicator.
Every year, 10 million kW of new power capacities were put into operation - almost six times more than the GOELRO plan for 10-15 years. By the end of the 1980s, the world's largest Unified Energy System was created in the USSR, which was considered a special electric power complex of interconnected systems that functioned inseparably and developed at an accelerated pace (compared to other sectors of the economy) in accordance with the needs of society. Its successful development and operation was possible only under the conditions of socialisation of the fuel and energy complex (FEC) sectors, related mechanical engineering sectors and transport systems.
After decree of Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 23, 1966, on December 22, the USSR celebrated a professional holiday – «Power Engineer’s Day»
