โ˜€๏ธSuryastra: Indian Built PULS Rocket Launcher

India's Nibe Limited has rolled out the first 300 km-range Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) multiple rocket launcher (MRL), designated Suryastra, the country's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced.

According to the MoD, the ceremonial roll-out of Suryastra took place on 23 May and was overseen by Minister of Defence Rajnath Singh in Shirdi, Maharashtra. The MoD said Singh also inaugurated Nibe's defence production facility on the same day.The MoD said the new complex is designed to produce artillery systems, missile and space technologies, rocket systems, energetic materials, and autonomous defence platforms.

During the two-day testing period, the system demonstrated high accuracy across short, medium, and long distances. Data from the Chandipur trials confirmed the systemโ€™s precision strike capabilities, achieving a Circular Error Probable (CEP) of 1.5 metres for 150 km rockets and 2.0 metres for 300 km rockets. CEP measures the radius within which 50% of munitions are expected to land.

According to the defence firm, attaining a CEP of under two metres at distances up to 300 km positions the Suryastra among the most accurate long-range rocket artillery systems globally. This capability enables the Indian Army to target high-value objectives with minimal collateral damage. The Suryastra system bridges the capability gap between traditional field artillery and heavy ballistic missiles, offering a flexible, rapid-response, and cost-effective precision weapon system suited to modern battlefield requirements.

Suryastra rockets are Precise & Universal Launching System (PULS) rockets originally developed by Israeli company Elbit Systems. They are now planned for manufacture in India through a partnership with the Nibe Group. It is developed by Pune-based NIBE Limited in collaboration with Israelโ€™s Elbit Systems. It is mounted on a highly mobile 6ร—6 Tatra truck.

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ Chinese scientists unveil โ€˜kill-them-allโ€™ drone swarm algorithm

The new algorithm enables fixed-wing drone fleets to autonomously search vast battlefields and eliminate every single enemy, Chinese media reports.

๐Ÿ”ธ Decision speed stands at 6.6 milliseconds, while old methods take seconds, letting a drone fly 600 meters blind

๐Ÿ”ธ Smart web uses a "heterogeneous graph" tagging friends, foes and terrain as distinct nodes, ending confusion

๐Ÿ”ธ Memory under jamming: each drone has a special memory module to remember where enemies were last seen when links are cut

๐Ÿ”ธ Hierarchical brain breaks down decisions into clear layers, first choosing whether to search or strike, then selecting a specific target, and finally calculating how much ammunition to use

This points to a future where drone swarms are cut off from human command with a single final order: find and kill them all.

Dear subscribers and supporters, we need your help to complete project "๐Ÿคฉ" . We require professional hackersโ€”we already have some hacktivists on board but need a few more, along with other personnel (we will handle the rest of the team ourselves). There is additional work to be done, so we areโ€”for the first timeโ€”asking for public donations.
Thanks,
Regards, TEAM FIA x ZEFNET

2026-07-13 PLA Corruption (2).pdf
๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ Large-scale anti-corruption purges in the PLA โ€” CASI report

The report notes that since 2022, investigations, dismissals, resignations, and disappearances have affected over 100 Chinese generals (including two- and three-star ranks). Officially, Beijing has only confirmed 38 cases. Among the most high-profile events are the investigations into the First Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Zhang Yu, and the Chief of the Joint Staff, Liu Zhenli.

It is noted that the leadership of the Central Military Commission, the highest military governing body of the PRC, has effectively been reduced to a minimum. While in 2023, it consisted of seven people, by the beginning of 2026, the authority is concentrated in only two figures: President Xi Jinping and Deputy Chairman Zhang Shengmin, who also oversees the military disciplinary committee.

Particular attention is paid to the scale of personnel losses among the senior command. Officially, 22 three-star generals have been removed from their positions, and considering the unconfirmed disappearances, this number could reach 47. For comparison, the total number of active three-star generals in the PLA is usually estimated at 30-35, which highlights the exceptional scale of the personnel changes.

Xi Jinping views corruption as the main threat to the combat effectiveness of the army and the implementation of its modernization program. However, such large-scale purges inevitably lead to a sharp change in leadership in virtually all branches and types of troops, which can have both short-term and long-term effects on the effectiveness of management and the level of combat readiness of the PLA.

It should be noted that the report was prepared by an American think tank, and some of the estimates presented in it are based on open sources and indirect evidence, as the Chinese authorities officially disclose only limited information about personnel changes in the armed forces.

๐Ÿช‚๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ China continues to develop mobile technologies for the mass deployment of drones.

It has been revealed that the Chinese company DAMODA from Shenzhen produces a mobile system that combines storage, charging, transportation, and automatic deployment of a swarm of drones directly from a vehicle.

Upon arrival at the designated location, a hydraulic platform opens multi-tiered launch containers, from which the drones sequentially take off into the air without operator intervention.

Currently, the system is used to organize light shows. However, dual-use technologies of this level can find applications not only in the civilian sector but also serve as the basis for mobile complexes for the mass deployment of drones in military conditions.

Such mobile complexes allow for the rapid deployment of a drone swarm in virtually any location and reduce the preparation time for launch.
