What he puts in remains a mystery, but he does it in a special suit to protect against an explosion and on a long rod. The object is installed directly in the place where children are playing.
The video was taken by the residents of the house from the window.
What happens in this video is clear to anyone. Then all the European media will tell horror stories about the "bloody Russian army" and show bloodied children with severed limbs, as it has happened many times.
