Victoria (later Kennedy) Quay, Cork, 1902 - Restored and in colour
One of the 1902 Mitchell and Kenyon films filmed around the time of the Cork international exhibition, this film shows the busy Cork docklands lined with steamships. Much has changed in this area in recent years, but there are also many familiar sights. In the distance, you can just about spot Shandon, along with what looks like the chimney of Thompsons bakery on McCurtain Street. These are followed by Horgan's Quay and a beautiful vista of Montenotte.

The man in the hat that the camera seems to be following is part of the production. His role was to invite people to appear on camera, the goal being to then entice them to local screenings of the films shot in the city. His pickings are slim in this case, but we'll see a cameo from him again in some of the other films.

Patrick Street 1900, The oldest film of Cork City
This film pre-dates the Mitchell & Kenyon films by a full 2 years. In it, we see the hustle and bustle of St. Patrick's Street, Cork City at the dawn of the 20th Century. Most notably, the Cork electric trams, introduced just over a year before, in December 1898, can be seen gliding along the thoroughfare surrounded by a large variety of horse-drawn vehicles. The trams, which were discontinued in 1931 due to competition from the internal combustion engine, are seen for the first time since then in their original livery, green and cream.

The film has been stabilised, cleaned, given a frame rate boost and colourised. The results do lose some detail, but offer something that is perhaps closer to the real scene as it happened over 120 years ago.

The Snapperโ€”the Seduction Scene
Dessie (the terrific Colm Meaney) and Kay (Ruth McCabe) come up with a better idea for spending the evening than watching the nothing that's on telly. From 1993's "The Snapper," based on the Roddy Doyle novel (from the Barrytown trilogy) and directed by Stephen Frears.

The Founding Fathers were the same secret society occultists that run the world now. I know that's an unpopular opinion but it's the absolute truth. The Enlightenment ideas this country was founded upon are the very reason we have tranny kids and child sacrifice to Moloch today.

Occult Forces - Mysteries of Freemasonry Unveiled - ROBERT SEPEHR

So during the NSDAP occupation of France, this anti-Freemason expose movie was made by a former Freemason. After the war was over, the new government (and we know who was in charge there) had the director EXECUTED and a number of the other creators of the film also suffered dire consequences. The film is subtitled but fully narrated by Robert Sepehr so you can do other stuff and have it going in the background which is always important for me. VERY REVEALING, almost certainly accurate view into the occult, sick world of Freemasonry.
