"The Register of Solemnisers contains information and contact details for the people who can perform marriage or civil ceremonies in Ireland.

In order to legally solemnise a marriage in the State a person must be nominated for registration in the Register of Solemnisers. They must be either a registrar employed by the Health Service Executive (the Registration Authority) or a member of a religious or a secular body.

There is no other provision for persons to become registered in the Register of Solemnisers.

If a member of a religious or secular body wishes to be registered as a solemniser they must be nominated by the appropriate body in Ireland. In general, this will be the head office of the religious or secular body. Each religious and secular body has a registered nominator who is responsible for ensuring the details held in the Register of Solemnisers is accurately recorded by the General Registers Office. For example, in the case of a Roman Catholic Priest, it will be the diocesan office in the diocese in which the marriage is to take place.

HERE is the Official List of REGISTERED SOLEMISERS in Ireland - both Religious AND Secular. Now this OFFICIAL List was last updated on the 4th February 2024 and HE is NOT on it - which means IF he IS as HE claims "performing marriages" he is doing so UNLAWFULLY.

Methinks, THIS is much dodgier than an INVENTED "hate crime" HE claims HE is doing something [conducting marriage's] that HE is NOT lawfully entitled to do. I would like an investigation into exactly WHAT kind of "marriages" this dubious and now proven liar is "conducting"
