The Government have today published their Spring 2024 Legislative Programme

Since taking office in June 2020, this Government have enacted 173 Acts of the Oireachtas, noting that this figure does not include Statutory Instruments (which by my count amount to approx 2,998)

In addition, this Government want to enact a further 107 pieces of legislation

All in all, this Government will likely have enacted up to 3,700 pieces of law by Summer 2024

To say this Government want to control EVERY aspect of your life would be a considerable understatement

The ONLY politician I would have any interest in voting for, would be the politician whose sole agenda was to deregulate

Catherine Connolly TD, and a self-professing Feminist, says the new propsed wording for the referendum would remove the positive and actionable rights for women in favour of a symbolic gender-neutral amendment, calling it an insult. She will NOT be supporting the referendum.
