SINISTER GOVERNMENT MOTIVES?... MIGRANT HEALTH SCREENINGS VOLUNTARY DESPITE SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC HEALTH RISK

July 2015: the Health Service Executive publishes "Infectious Disease Assessment For Migrants", a guide drafted by the Health Scientific Advisory Committee. It advises communicable diseases and viruses (some life threatening) are a risk to the public because of migration, but states participation of migrants in screenings must be voluntary.

Fast forward to St. Patrick's Day 2020:

The Irish government publishes a first draft of a bill allowing them powers to update and enforce section 38 of Health Act 1947, enabling them to detain members of the public that refuse to self-isolate (the previous version related to Tuberculosis).

The country is plunged into repeated lockdowns, and those who do not have a "health" pass are banished from restaurants, etc. The financial and the mental / physical health consequences of lockdowns are justified in the name of preventing a flu. We are told preventing Covid is the ONLY priority (despite an almost 100% survival rate), and they insist even one life lost is one too many.

March 2022: the government alleges Covid is still a threat and yet allow vast numbers of Ukrainians into Ireland despite a low level of covid vaccine uptake in Ukraine. Ukraine also has a high level of Tuberculosis. Additionally, they have high level of Rabies cases. Yet Ukrainians are encouraged to bring pets in without appropriate rabies shots, which have kept Ireland Rabies free since 1902.

Pets can be incubating this highly Infectious disease for some time before becoming symptomatic. The Rabies vaccine takes 30 days to work and vaccination post infection is pointless. Rabies is almost always fatal (to humans and pets who are infected).

Rewind to the 1940's: The Irish State begins waging war against Tuberculosis ("consumption"). The disease was killing more than 10,000 people a year in Dublin alone (half of them children). It was spread in part due to overcrowded conditions.

Fast forward 2024: Tuberculosis is prevalent amongst migrants and right now they are living in overcrowded conditions up and down the country.

Aside from Tuberculosis, "migrants have had a critical role in the spread of Infectious diseases since ancient times" (Role of Immigrants and Migrants in Emerging Infectious Diseases, PubMed Central). Epidemics have resulted as a consequence in the past. Migration introduces infections to native populations and "over time change the face of chronic disease in a population (seizures and neurocysticerosis, heart disease, Chagas infection, hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis B) and "migrants have ongoing links to their countries of origin that may provide a channel through which Infectious diseases" can be introduced.

Clearly migrants that are not health screened pose a risk, not only to the public at large, but to those who they are sharing with in overcrowded human trafficking centres (many places have communal limited shower facilities, and some have up to 14 people in a room). One would imagine there exists a strong incentive to lie to authorities on arrival regarding communicable diseases one may have, due to fear of repercussions.

In light of all of the above, we must ask why the Irish government has signed Ireland up to a legally binding agreement with the World Health Organisation known as The Pandemic Treaty (without consent of the public).

he WHO will decide from 2024 what constitutes a Pandemic (and can declare one at any time). As a result of our government deferring power to this unelected body, they can enforce lockdowns and mandatory vaccinations. The WHO is heavily funded by the Bill Gates Foundation and The Chinese Communist Party.

How does this make sense when the Irish Government clearly do not care about public health in the first instance?

And if they do care, then why are they actively and undeniably encouraging the spread of serious diseases?

Is there a reasonable and harmless explanation?

Or is something sinister afoot?
