I cannot find the gaelic version, but referring to the denneny dictionary 🤣, this is how I understand it with this 'spelling'.

Whether your role as an activist for freedom is large or small, it is important and appreciated.

Your worth as an activist doesn't boil down to how many protests you attend, how many leaflets you hand out, how many times you've contacted your TD's and Senators, and so forth...
Stand up for freedom in your own way, however small the act.
