The Irish text that we have been led to believe is our text, is NOT. This is. Here is an abstract from a Irish dictionary in 1904. It is how OUR language should be written. Why does this matter..? Well, If Irish laws are written in it, which they are in แธunษผeacแนซ na hรฉiษผeann 1937.... Then why are our islands legislations being written in two different languages ( Blue book) BUNREACHT NA hรiREANN ( First introduced in 1942) Did they hold a referendum to change OUR text Not alone our constitution ( which did fundamentally change our laws) you will find the answer to be a big fat NO... ill quote ARticle 15.4.1 " The oireachtas shall not enact any law which is in any respect repugnant to THIS constitution ( meaning แธunษผeaฤt na hรฉiษผeann 1937) or any provisions thereof " . ( they changed our text also) 15.4.2 " Every law enacted by the Oireachtas which is in any respect repugnant to THIS constitution or any provision thereof, shall , but to the extent only of its repugnancy, be INVALID.".?
