There MUST be a Supreme Court challenge to this hate speech and Stephen Delaney is trying to get a petition going to send to Michael D Higgins requesting that he forward the hate speech Bill to the Supreme Court.

it is my personal view that this is also an opportunity where the 1937 constitution could be brought into play and open up a debate exposing the 1942 emergency-fraudulent constitution and call to have it revoked.
Let this be the opportunity that force open a constitution debate that the government did not want and could open for them a can of worms that they’ll regret what they wished for, this hate speech is our fight which should take precedent over any forthcoming elections, the elections should be secondary in this fight; expose their fraudulent 1942 constitution with this opportunity and if we win this challenge by exposure alone it could be the beginning of the end for their political empire and could start collapsing thus paving the way and open up political opportunities for Nationalists parties. Just my opinion
