so here is proof and evidence that the first dáil met in the mansion house at 3.30 pm , and the original 1919 constitution is and was written for and sworn upon by the elected members, as a promise to the Irish people, to someday get the independence, that was proclaimed in 1916 and declared in 1919 ..
